Please read carefully and make sure that you agree with our Shipping and Return Policies.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and tracking number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us to inquire about your order if you are in doubt. Please also note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order or backorder).

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150.00.

How We Ship

  • Our products are temperature-sensitive, and for all our shipping needs, we are using the fastest USPS Priority and Express Mail Services.

  • Packages ship USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (except holidays).

  • We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company and will not reship your order.


Processing Times

We manufacture our products fresh for each order, so we don’t have products stored in the warehouse and need 2 to 4 days to prepare it.

Backorders

We do everything we can to avoid back orders, but occasionally, due to delays in obtaining ingredients for our products, it occurs. In that case, automatically, we create a backorder for your item and ship it when it becomes available. You do not incur additional shipping charges for back-ordered items. If you prefer not to wait for a back-ordered product, please e-mail us at information@avitalin.com to let us know.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct United States Postal Service address for shipping. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost. Avitalin is not responsible for delivery if you or an authorized person has signed for, and therefore received the shipment.

Mail Theft

Avitalin is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail theft. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal Service address for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we must go by the tracking information that USPS offers. If a package has been tracked as delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen items.

Order Cancellation Policy

You must call within one hour of purchase to cancel an order, to ensure the order has not been fulfilled.

Return

We want you to be pleased with every Avitalin product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with a product, please follow these guidelines for its return.  Please note that we must receive any returned items within 15 days of the original shipment date. We ONLY accept returns of unopened or lightly used items.

We will not accept half-full products.

We do not accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color—these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products.

Order Cancellation Policy

We offer trial kits for many of our products and recommend purchasing a sample size of the product you’re interested in before buying a full size.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 15 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Sent Items

We always try to provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting information@avitalin.com immediately. We will refund your shipping costs if the return has resulted in our error (damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent item, etc.)

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable

Return procedure

To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern at information@avitalin.com

Please do not return product without our authorization. Products received without the authorization will not be  processed. After receiving your email with the return request, we will  contact you with instructions.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products.
