Dragon's Blood Extract
Dragon's Blood (Sangre de Grado) is a wildcrafted resin (tree sap) that looks like Blood and comes from the Croton lechleri trees found in the Amazon rainforest of Peru. Dragon's Blood has a long history of indigenous medicinal use throughout the tribes of Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.
When applied topically, the sap dries quickly to form a barrier, much like a second skin. This protective shield helps regenerate the skin and prevents further damage with its anti-bacterial and antioxidant qualities. Due to these compounds, Dragon's blood sap/resin helps protect the skin cells, reduces redness, and works as a tissue-healing agent.
